MAIN PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION

Information will be presented on challenges facing students with ADHD and other learning differences in their transition to college, how to guide and coach teens to be independent before they leave home through a Personalized College Readiness Program, differences between accommodations available in high school and college, why accommodations should be faded prior to graduation, and the importance of students learning to advocate for themselves.

This session will discuss how professionals who work with college bound teens and their families can integrate the information from the conference into their current practice.

For Everyone at the Conference

Moderator:   Chris Everett, “Pay the Right Price for College - Not the Sticker Price” 

This session will discuss how to lower the cost of college, how to earn family generated scholarships and how to help students select a career in which they are fit to flourish.  Attendees receive a Tuition Reward Scholarship valued at $500.
